Hyatt Place Dubai Baniyas Square.

Hotel cleanliness is good, breakfast quality and taste is not up to the mark but have good continental options, location is right opposite to Baniyas Square metro station, walking distance from major market like gold souk, gift stores are around the corners and they have very good price, dream land is across the street its like D-mart in India, locals buy from there so it's not tourist prices, lady at reception is great, gave us good advice on travels, travel desk guy also gave us good deal for desert safari! Overall, it's a good property but not a 4-star property though, it's close to 3 or 3.5 star.

Baniyas Square lies in Deira, Dubai. The place is a commercial one and chock full of cloth, jewellery, and food shops. Also, close by are the iconic gold souk and spice souk streets. This might be a negative for some people as there is no high rise ambience of the new Dubai present here. Nonetheless, Hyatt Place is a good Hyatt Place Dubai Baniyas Square. with nice staff and swift service only marred by its location (might not be a negative for everyone).

A warm welcome at reception. Hotel rooms are nice. But there is an improvement needed in house keeping. Because there were mosquitoes in the rooms. The staff might coming from the ventilation then filters should be used to get rid of mosquitoes problems. And housing staff not cleaned the room very well. Loaction of Hyatt Place Dubai Baniyas Square. is good. Food is also nice, more variety of food should be put on the table.

Good location, room size was smaller than expected. Another issue was they don't have 24*7 restaurant or room service. We reached Dubai late at night and directly went to the Hyatt Place Dubai Baniyas Square., but they didn't have food available in the Hyatt Place Dubai Baniyas Square. at around 12 in the night.
The room size was a little smaller than we had expected. But other than that, it was good.

It was a wonderful stay at hyatt, baniyas square. The staff is extremely polite and cooperative. The manager mr. Jaideep went out of the way to resolve any issues that we faced. We had by chance dropped our phone outside the Hyatt Place Dubai Baniyas Square. while leaving, jaideep went out of the way to find it from people outside and was able to locate it. We got our phone back. Many thanks to him.

Value for money. Metro is just outside the Hyatt Place Dubai Baniyas Square.. Full marks for cleanliness and staff service. Only issue is parking. As Hyatt Place Dubai Baniyas Square. does not have parking of even a single vehicle. Taxis can only pick and drop at the entrance of Hyatt Place Dubai Baniyas Square. but as a tourist it was not an issue for me.

Hi, i am a frequent traveler I stayed there for two nights only. Due to some family emergency i need to come back to india. I asked Hyatt Place Dubai Baniyas Square. to give back my 3 days amount and they said it's not with them and need to contact . They are telling Hyatt Place Dubai Baniyas Square. is not ready to pay. I don't know to whom to contact.

Excellent location and service as well as cleanliness. Good house keeping by staff. The Hyatt Place Dubai Baniyas Square. needs to improve on its indian spread for buffet breakfast. Also a provision of eggs to order needs to provided. Also the seating capacity of the room needs to increased. Overall a rating good and above can be given.

About location it is in center of the market. It is opposite to Metro station. Transportation is easily available.
