The overall experience was good except the check in. I frequently visit to this ibis Styles Dubai Airport Hotel because of the good amenities and high cleaning standard, but each time i have a terrible experience at the check in counter. There's always a huge queue at the check in and they only keep 1 staff to attend all guests. At-least they should prioritise the guests who have pre-bookings. This time, tye check in experience sas frustrating. The receptionist was always coming up with silly excuses saying that she can't find the booking details and the room is not ready, the water is not refilled etc. Though i reached ibis Styles Dubai Airport Hotel at 3 pm, it took us 1 hour at the check in which is such a waste of time.

Location is very close to the airport. Hotel provides free transport but sguttle timings are fixed. Rooms are very compact and ideal for couples or just two people. Reception staff was helpful as we had asked them to clean the room twice. Our room was reeking of smoke so check before if non smoking rooms are available. There are 50 rooms on each floor so distance from lifts to the room can be quite far. Not suitable for long stay but definitely recommend for a short term stay if airport accessibility is the main concern.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. It's the first time visiting dubai. The ibis Styles Dubai Airport Hotel is very near to the metro station and one can use the metro to reach from the airport. The rooms where clean and spacious and had a great ambiance. I arrived at midnight and the check in was time consuming. There was only one staff at the counter and was talking with another customer. Had to wait 10-15mins before another counter opened up. Overall a good stay.

I stayed there for 2 weeks and can say its one of the best options if you are looking for mid range ibis Styles Dubai Airport Hotels. Its well connected. Bus stop, metro, airport are all within 1 km radius. The food is also quite up there in terms of quality and i loved the breakfast spread every morning. Rooms are clean, maintained and have all the basic amenities. All in all a great stay.

It had been a great experience with the staff from reception to fnb associates everyone had been hospitable and welcoming. I would like to thank each and every staff for making my daughter’s day extra special with delicious complimentary cake. Would be definitely visiting again. However it would have been a pleasurable experience if the pool timings could be extended.

Every things are fine but after booking i wish to contact property but makemy trip doesn’t provide any whatsapp contact as u was in other place from that i can’t call on mobile and make my trip doesn’t response my mail. As i have to change my check in time it’s not easy with make my trip if we can call direct property then what meaning to go with make my trip?

I have been staying here a month plus, reason is the room rate is reasonable. With perfect location in town, it is very convenient. I was hoping i could book it on monthly basis. Room are spaces and ventilation is very good. With the loyal program, i have about few hundred discount. ! thank you.
