JA Beach Hotel, Dubai

Location was amazing and the outdoor ambience was good mainly the pool was so good would love to come back again

Great resort and amazing staff service. Best place to enjoy in uae with all under one roof. Bathrooms need a little upgrade i felt but not bad.

I really apse t of everything a sipichal thing is ordering from outside is not allowed food or something else

The resort gad multiple experiences, we enjoyed swimming in pools and in the sea as well, the kids splash is very nice. However the rooms are old, the a/c noise was very bad, in general the rooms are small, with old materials

The front desk, reception staff was inattentive, indifferent and with no service courtesy. We were four couples with four rooms booked but got only 2 rooms 35 minutes past check in time after waiting for 45 minutes. The other two rooms were given after 2 hours past check in time after lot of follow-up. They don't even pick phones at reception.

Stay was good but food shoukd be reasonable, it was too high than market rates otherwise overall stay was awesome and nice ambience

We enjoyed our stay cation to the fullest 🤩🤩🤩🤩 my daughter had so much fun, friendly staff and fast service. Thank you guys for amazing experience ♥️

The hotel is clean, rooms are basic. It’s a public holiday so they were functioning at full capacity and managed ok. Though the wait time for the buggy to move between resorts was a bit extensive, we eventually made it where we needed to be more or less on time.

I waste time while repairing my safety box at room in addition i book a seaview but it was a construction view totally

Perfect place for the family. Complete resort feeling with the greenery all around. Lots of activities for all. Definitely a week-2 week stay or longer. Going there again in the winter!

One of the best hotels to stay in dubai for comfort and relaxation out of the busy streets. Must try the kinara restaurant too, the staff is really good

Went to the bar at the swimming pool and tried to order drinks. Unfortunately, the staff refused to serve us as we don’t have cash nor cards! asked him to add the bill to my room and again he refused. Later on, another couple went there and he served them with an invoice on their room. I couldn’t explain that double standard. Moreover, i left my wallet overnight on a beach table, then went back early morning searching for it. The staff there on the beach asked for me room number to deliver it to me once they find it. However, i explained to them that am leaving now i felt unsafe and left the resort immediately

The hotel was perfect, we decided to be our destination for our vacations. Thank you soo much

The location is nice with a a lot of verities of restaurants and pools, room is well furnished bathroom is excellent. The infinity pool i did not like, there were a lot of dead insects like flies and need better filtration and maintenance unlike the main pool which is clean the beach is not that great sea water are shallow and have wheats. The stuff are friendly and helpful

Facilities are great but the the hotel was very busy the swimming pools were very crowded and the beach. We had dinner at white orchid the food was excellent. All and all a nice stay
