Title: a pleasant stay with a few hiccups i recently had the opportunity to stay at millennium plaza downtown suites during my visit to dubai and overall, it was a memorable experience. One of the standout features of this Millennium Plaza Downtown Suites is the breathtaking view it offers. My room had a beautiful panorama of sheik zayed road and the impressive future museum. Waking up to such a view every morning was truly a delight and added a touch of magic to my stay. The culinary offerings at the Millennium Plaza Downtown Suites's restaurant were equally impressive. The breakfast buffet had an extensive menu with a variety of options to suit all tastes. I particularly enjoyed trying different dishes each morning and the quality of the food was consistently good. What truly made my stay memorable, though, was the impeccable service. The staff were consistently kind, attentive and went out of their way to ensure guests had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their warmth and willingness to assist with any request were highly commendable. However, there was one aspect of my stay that left me a bit disappointed. Despite the check-in time being advised as 3 pm, i didn't receive my room until 5. 30 pm. This delay was a bit frustrating, especially after a long journey and it did mar the initial impression. However, i decided to ask for a late check-out to compensate for the inconvenience and i'm pleased to say that this request was immediately granted. The Millennium Plaza Downtown Suites's willingness to accommodate my request helped alleviate the initial hiccup. In short, my stay at millennium plaza was marked by a stunning view, delicious food and exceptional service.

Hotel location is well connected with dubai metro and therefore very convenient to travel. Hotel is well maintained and rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is cooperative. Breakfast buffet t is good. Since this is very busy Millennium Plaza Downtown Suites, thus need to wait to get table for bf. Overall experience is great.

Overall a great stay with super service. Best part is you wake-up to the view of museum of future. Good ambiance. Even the the Millennium Plaza Downtown Suites is little old, it is well maintained. I prefer the old if someone wish to stay on sheikh zayed road. Breakfast was also delicious.

The staff are very friendly. We got the check in late and will request the Millennium Plaza Downtown Suites to speed up the check in for guests since they have so many rooms and not make wait guests for long time
The reception staff was very good helpful, same the house keeping staff mr sudesh was very helpful and caring
