Novotel Jumeirah Village Triangle

The stay was really good, and the view from my room was amazing, especially at sunset. However, I do have a small point to mention. I felt that most of the reception staff seemed new and not very confident. During check-in, I asked what time the pool closes, and the response was “after sunset.” When I asked for a more specific time, the answer was, “when the sun goes down.” Additionally, when I asked an engineering staff member how many years the Novotel Jumeirah Village Triangle had been open, he replied, “I don’t know.” While these aren't major issues, I believe some additional training would improve the guest experience. Another point to consider: for a large Novotel Jumeirah Village Triangle with many rooms and mostly family visitors, having only three computers at the front desk may not be sufficient, especially during peak check-in times. It wasn’t ideal to see guests waiting in a queue. However, I truly appreciated the African manager stepping away from the desk to assist those waiting. Overall, the Novotel Jumeirah Village Triangle deserves an excellent rating. I’d also like to thank the security team at the parking barrier for always smiling and greeting me whenever I entered or exited. Thank you so much for the lovely stay—I look forward to returning soon!

I recently stayed at novotel jvt dubai for a few nights, and overall, it was a very good experience. The rooms were impeccably clean, and i would like to give a special thanks to mr. So-hag from housekeeping, who was extremely attentive and made sure our rooms were well-maintained and our needs were met. The restaurant experience was also excellent. Mr. Faisal was especially kind, and his friendly interactions with my daughter added a personal touch to our meals. While there are limited vegetarian options in the breakfast buffet, the team went above and beyond to accommodate us by serving special vegetarian dishes each morning. I would recommend novotel jvt dubai to anyone looking for a comfortable, guest-focused stay.

My 7 days stay was simply amazing at novotel. Thanks to the staff who always offer a helping hand and also make you feel like home away from home. Food was great and so were the amenities. I prefer vegetarian meal while traveling and although, much of the food were non vegetarian, i was never turned down. The staff makes sure you have the food and curated many dishes especially in vegetarian way. I also ordered food as a room service, and the pasta and vegetable biriyani were amazing. I would love to stay here as many times as i visit dubai. Thank you all!

Decent room size, good service, elaborate breakfast, well maintained training centre and large swimming pool are some of the highlights of the property. There is a newly opened mart downstairs making it convenient to get basic stuff. However there are no places nearby to dine. Also, there are no bars or nightclubs in the Novotel Jumeirah Village Triangle or nearby. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Is not my first time i enjoued but i dont like when i check in late at 8:00 pm and i ask for cheack out late they told to come to reception at the morning to ask about that even though he can give one time so no need to come couple time but overall amazing you need to know self parking only

Overall we enjoyed our stay at novotel jumeirah village triangle. The breakfast was really good and my kids enjoyed mini water splash park. The gym was excellent and they had discount voucher for spa which i didn’t get time to utilize. Will do visit again with friends and family.

Room service food quality could be better, it was served cold. Location is good, everything else was perfect.

The overall stay was good i was just disappointed that the washing machine and cooking pan was not working. Apart from that it was incredible.

the stay was wonderful. everybody enjoryed our weekend getaway.. my kid love the pool and the water theme park.. my wife love the breakfast and calmness.. and i love the view and cleanliness. was a perfect getaway. will come back soon..😊
