The room was very nice and lovely, the reception staff were friendly but the problem was the wait at check in, as I was told the rooms were not ready so went out and had our dinner then return to the Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai and the surprise was that the rooms were still not ready.... It was a confirmed online booking on make my trip

This Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai amazing place to stay, specially i should say about the housekeeping team for keeping this property crystal clean, the room service is amazing, i love the food here, they have the best chefs, thanks for the upgrade i got, the best housekeeping team.

Stay was pleasant, good and comfortable size rooms, nicely located 5 mins walks to central bus stand, metro. Excellent for people who wants to travel to jebal ali or abu dhabhi though breakfast spread could be better.
