This is my second stay at city stay grand. The property is not flashy but service is very good, rooms are clean, staff is polite and the location is excellent. Overall i am very satisfied with my stay here and will return

Very pleasant stay at city stay grand hotel apartments. Apartment is very well maintained. All amenities are there. Me and my family enjoyed alot.

The checkin was smooth and the reception was helpful. Service was okish. The phone in the room was not working properly and they weren’t able to fix it despite complaining about it. Had to nudge them to refill toiletries daily as well which ideally should have been done by themselves during room cleaning.
