We were here for short trip on vacation. It was fantastic. We really enjoyed our time. The whole experience was top notch. From the first moment we feel super comfortable. Especially the super attractive and friendly service staff should be a noted here lobby front office, i would especially like to highlight “marlyn, kashif, apple”team security at lobby always great with warm welcome all are from front office team very professional and care about guest which is perfect way to show hospitality. They all read every wish from your lips )

I was staying for 19 days, i liked it when i used to come back to hotel after a busy day, it used to be entirely clean without any complaints, safety 10/10, hygiene 10/10, location is 7 mins walking from malls of emirates

One of the best hotel to stay in UAE. It’s just 5 min away from Mall of Emirates and have a lot of dining options available. Will definitely and always recommend this hotel for first time travelers. Spacious and clean rooms. The staff is so kind and always helpful. The staff made my birthday special by keeping a surprise cake in my room which was really tasty. Thanks a lot for always making our stay comfortable at your hotels.
