I had a very nice experience with my stay at fortune pearl hotel in deira. We were two families with kids. Everything was flawless except that i had to call the housekeeping to provide the toiletries although they brought it quickly. The room was nice, very clean, everything was working and they kept providing us with the tea things on just a call as we were a tea family haha. I should really appreciate the housekeeping for their best service. There were no noise issues from the bar below as i’ve seen in some reviews about the same hotel. They actually gave us room on the 4th floor maybe that’s the reason. Breakfast buffet was awesome. It’s a kerala restaurant. All the items were hot and tasty and there was enough number of options. The receptionists were kind and served us nicely. The pool is clean and big enough and best for non swimmers and kids and the pool guy was very friendly but there’s no temperature control on the pool water. Parking facilities were flawless. They would send their driver to take our car to parking and quickly bring it back whenever we ask them for it. I had overall a pleasant stay at the hotel.
