We stayed in family suite. Excellent cleanliness maintained for entire 6 days of our stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We did not face any issue during our stay. Location is good, probably 15 minutes walk to adcb metro. Everyday we preferred to walk that distance. On the other side sharif dg metro station also is at 10-15 minutes walking distance. Many departmental stores are at walking distance. Overall very happy experience

We loved our stay at golden sands 3. The property is awesome and clean. Staff is very helpful. Service is also amazing. Indian food in breakfast only we have tried, it was also nice.

we had an excellent stay at golden sands hotel apartments , the checkin was smooth , the housekeeping was excellent. the breakfast spread was decent. we dint have any complaints which i feel is a huge compliment in itself 😀

Property is truly value for money and i strongly suggest for all the visitors. Breakfast options for indians are not so great, but if they add a live dosa counter it will be more convenient to all indian visitors.

The stay was very comfortable, the place was clean and well kept. Daily housekeeping was done and clean towels were replaced everyday. Kitchen had basic utensils to cook. Overall its is a great property, the only call out is that the sofa bed is not good.

Neat and clean hotel lobby, rooms and lifts. Location is advantage and close to market, grocery stores, wine shops and allow outside food deliveries. They also considered our request to provide pool facing room in high floors. Rooms service is also very good. Its really a very good hotel and lots of foreigners also prefer this hotel. Had a comfortable stay. Saw lots of limousine waiting just outside the hotel.

If you are keen on bur dubai and a single traveller, the one bedroom apartment with a living, dining and kitchen area is easily the most comfortable. There is 'space' to this facility inside the apartment and this feature alone beats any 5 star in the area besides the complete flexibility to dining - going out of ordering talabat and even living - washing, cooking etc. I'll be back

Pros: we stayed at golden sands hotel apartments for 8 days with my family, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The rooms are neat and clean, with new furniture and a comfortable bed. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary accessories, making it ideal for families. The hotel seems to cater well to family crowds, which we appreciated. Cons: one downside is that the nearest metro station is not within walking distance, which might be inconvenient if you’re relying on public transport. Additionally, the bathroom lacks a proper drain hole, making it difficult to keep dry, especially with kids who tend to spill water. The bathroom is also quite congested, with limited space to move around. Housekeeping is good, but their timings don’t always align with your schedule, which can be inconvenient. Things to remember: be cautious about stains on the bed sheets and pillow covers, and make sure your children don’t scratch any furniture or the sofa, as there may be hefty charges for damages. Overall, we had a good experience. The staff is polite and helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable.

The service was exceptional with all staff being kind, courteous and genuine. They helped us get settled in very well and were always there to assist when needed. The location is in a quiet area but not too far from the happening places making it easily accessible. It was truly an exception experience. Thank you.
