My stay at the grand excelsior hotel was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment i arrived. The receptionists made check-in smooth even tho i had a wait for a few hours, the bellboys were quick to assist, and the cleaners kept everything spotless. The breakfast was amazing too thanks to the chefs who prepared some really tasty meals. A big thank you to everyone at the hotel from the chefs to the receptionists especially ms usha and the bellboys to the cleaners for making my stay so great! hope to meet you again.
