Place & facilities are ausum. It feels like an heaven. It is also close to dubai airport & other adventure places which is easily accessible.

The hotel is a nice place to relax, located in the outskirts of dubai. The rooms are very spacious and all the amenities are top-class. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was delightful. From check-in to check-out we had no issues at all. The room was neat and spacious but did not have enough towels (easily sorted by room service. The swimming pool was ok but needs more maintenance especially the smaller one for kids. The water was dirty in my opinion, like the filter for the pool was not working.

Hotel staff is very cooperative and food is excellent but far away from main dubai and good things is free shuttle is available for different locations i will give 5 of 5

It's a bit far from city

Over all we had a good stay there but there are some minor issues. We had to call it loud for the cleaning of the room. Staff is a little lazy it seems. It's a bit far from all the main visiting location of dubai but hotel do provide free of cost shuttle services on different times and that saves a lot of money and times. It's bit time taking to get a taxi from the hotel. You have to book in advance or need to wait 30 to 60 minutes based in your luck if any taxi is going through that way.

No such thing as premium room

Dea - not sure if u are just mentioning there is premium while in fact there is no such thing as premium room, as what the hotel has given is just the standard room. This is the 2nd time i am disappointed
