It was a great stay and the room was clean and i would like to appreciate the wonderful and cheerful service from kesha the receptionist who always have the enthusiasm of checking us in. We stayed in room 560 and i must say it was cleaned. Thanks to coho also who checked us out.

Ibis dubai is a great hotel with all the key amenities to stay for short and long term. The rooms are clean and house keeping is done everyday. It has a 24 hour gym and multiple restaurants.

Great connectivity and service. Staff has been helpful, however facility needs to be a bit better since there were broken taps and soap was not filled and had to be asked

Great stay. The rooms were small, but comfortable. The breakfast spread was quite decent. The lobby was cool and had a cafe, a bar lounge and great seating. The proximity to the metro, a supermarket and restaurants made sure we didn't have to worry about anything too much. Loved our stay

The hotel was clean and the room was neat well organized and the reception had a nice greeting staff that helped me with all my requests and the room service was very quick and professional al in all it was an amazing experience right from check in to check out would love to visit again

I enjoyed my stay. Room service was helpful and quick responding for any requests. Clean place. Bathrooms are too small the shower is really small and with no light i barely could take a shower! everything else was really good the employees are friendly and supportive.

Great location and reasonable price, very luxury room and very good hospitality
the atmosphere was beautiful and the breakfast and food was very nice
nice outdoor and indoor sitting area at ground floor
all good but complimentary water giving only 500 ml for 24 hrs, please increase water bottle size
a lot of thanks to the management
