Swimming pool early time usage

The pool is closed for use at 7 or 8 am in the morning our family would like to go swimming at earlier time

Everything was perfect but it would be nicer if they could extend the working hours of the swimming pool in summer till 10:00 pm instead of 8:00 pm

Clean, nice surroundings
people are friendly
everything was good. I just wanted a room in a higher floor but it wasn't available, hopefully next time i will get it if i talk early to the hotel administrators
The hotel room was more lovely as expected, the breakfast the pool everything was up to mark, will definitely visit again for sure

Everything was good except the breakfast, it was repetition of every alternative days. They should consider long stay people should not get bored of having same dishes.

It was good stay. Nice property with a good hospitality. Small size room but neat and clean. Beds was very uncomfortable. Breakfast is ok.

Beware about twin rooms

Hi. Overall, the staying experience was good. in fact, we booked two twin rooms for two adults and two kids. When we went for the check-in process, they told us that the twin rooms would be two separate rooms, and there won't be any interconnection between those two rooms. We believe it is common sense that when we book the twin rooms with kids, there must be an interconnecting door between the rooms, and at last, we paid an extra AED 30 per night for getting interconnecting rooms. Other commitments: About breakfast: superb. swimming pool: very good (keep in mind - cotton fittings NOT permitted. Rooms and View: rooms are not spacious as we felt in the photos.otherwise neat and tidy.Canal view : good.Car parking: Basement 1,2, and 3 available.all other amenities good.thank you. Rating out of 5, we give 3.5.

Stay was pleasant. Hotel is well located though there aren’t any eateries or shops in the immediate vicinity but it’s near to the metro and major attractions by cab. Staff are helpful and friendly though the rooms and bathrooms need some maintenance and upgrading

Stay was pleasant with Polite and helpful staff … rooms are modern though little crammed for space but service was good… no nearby shops or taxis available but metro is nearby and call taxis are always available

Very good hotel for the price

The price is amazing. I expected cheap service and small relatively unclean rooms, but i was surprised. The room was very clean and with a good standard. You have coffee facility, water and room service as well. Really good deal.
