Excellent hotel. Good staff behaviour. Only problem is that they don't provide milk sachets. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Overall good property. Only one suggestion to keep the breakfast in the same property rather making your guests to walk all the way to the next one, especially in this scorching heat. It was bit awful for us to walk just for the breakfast.

Staying at kings-gate hotels is an incredibly enjoyable experience. The three hotels located in the al-jaddaf area offer exceptional services. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the receptionists, mr. Carlos, mr. Jack, and ms. Madiha, as well as their manager, mr. Khaled, for their outstanding attitude and professionalism. Furthermore, i would like to extend a special thanks to the security manager, mr. Salman, and his dedicated team members, mr. Bashir, mr. Muntaser, and mr. Adel, for their invaluable cooperation and assistance. Lastly, i must acknowledge the exceptional work carried out by the bellboys, mr. Anim and mr. Chandra. Their efficiency and attentiveness greatly contributed to making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my experience at kings-gate hotels has been nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the remarkable staff members who go above and beyond to provide a memorable and comfortable stay.

I like these hotel the staff good and kind. Security manager mr salmon and security guard adil are very professional and cooperative. The security staff is very good and the hotel services are very good

Booked this hotel for a overnight stay as had to catch a flight early morning. Instead of driving down from abu dhabi decided to stay overnight in dubai, this is a descent budget friendly hotel. Worth the price, wasn’t expecting a lot in this price. Conveniently located near airport!
