Location is perfect, food is amazing and everything about kc h is awesome. Love it here. Jean is also amazing, and keen especially when it comes to events.

I recently stayed at the knight castle hotel and had an excellent experience. The location is superb, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The property is well-maintained, with cleanliness and neatness clearly a priority. The air conditioning in the rooms was perfect, providing a comfortable and refreshing environment. I highly recommend newcastle hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay.
Ac temp was great. Place was good. Staff are helpful and very accomodating. Over all stay was perfect.

It is given that the hotel was quite old, but to our surprise, the room has no smell! the room was nice, and the staff were great! from the reception, the housekeeping, dinning area and guards. They were polite, friendly and professional. They have provided us what we needed and took an extra mile to assist us. Kudos to them all!

I stayed for a week and i must say the stay was excellent, rooms are pretty clean and spacious, staff are humble and helpful and the best part very close to metro overall i will definitely recommend rooms 5/5

The hotel is excellent in terms of ambience, room facility, housekeeping. Rooms are spacious and well lit. The bathroom was very clean and they provided all the toiletries. The housekeeping staff were very cooperative and polite. The bedsheets were very clean. A hair dryer, fridge and big cupboard was also there. Overall a very nice experience.

We had a very good and pleasant stay at carlton palace. The hygiene, rooms, property, food, breakfast, services everything was very good. Would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Very nice cool calm stay, only thing amenities like pool sona and all we can use only upto 6 pm in this hot season also and terrible pool instructor without this fellow this hotel is awesome
