    Worst stay ever !

    A big mistake that i booked this horrible apartment. And its not the apartment which is bad, it’s the lux and their stupid management. A stay for 3 nights which comes with 2 small water bottles on day one and nothing after that. Asked to come to north point which also is showed in maps on their site, once you reach there no-one comes to help you. No idea where to go and then you somehow get in touch with one of their representatives who then says sorry sir its south facing apartments. Once you ask them for assisting with luggage coz its a long way from north to south they say sorry sir its your luggage and we cant help it. I am travel-ling with my wife and a kid along with my parents so they is quite a bit of luggage and it took us almost 35-40 mins to reach north to south carrying the luggage on road. No cleaning at all once you enter the apartments. No system and no prior info about anything at all. And in return the guy from luks blames you for everything coz you booked through mm t which ac c to them is not a good site to book from. He then shares his no. And says sir next time reach me directly on my no. And we will give you better rates and service. A nightmare of a stay. Stupidest decision ever.
