5. I liked the customer service people the reception is nice and aswel strategically located near transport channels, food and tea points are 1 minute walk, clean rooms and good view i would like to visit back thnks

Comfortable good value for money. Nice stay near to river side. Easy to go to deira from hotel. Just take a ferry and cross to deira dubai.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

It is good but the vibes and ambiance is not good, other things are good. Nice hotel. Near to the metro that is also good.
