Services were prompt and all the staff members jun, judson, amor and raj (vertigo) were helpful. Hotel room was clean and location of hotel was also good.

The stay in novotel creekside dubai was amazing. My kids just loved the overall environment and awesome breakfast every day. The location is very convenient for metro and also for city center mall which is huge. I wont hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing stay, breakfast buffet was extremely good. Staff was helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed. Miss emma was an excellent and very respectable receptionist.

I had an amazing stay at novotel and was pleasantly upgraded to an executive room. Room: the executive room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a very relaxing experience. Staff: the hotel staff was very helpful and attentive, which added to the positive experience. Food: the breakfast spread offers a variety of options. There were also options for freshly made items like parathas and spring rolls, available upon request and included in the breakfast. The service at the hotel restaurant can be improved. Additionally, there are many indian and pakistani restaurants right next to the hotel, making it easy to enjoy a wide range of familiar and flavorful dishes. Location: the hotel is conveniently located near deira city centre metro and bus stations, which made getting around easy and there are buses available to go to sharjah from the bus station at a nominal cost of aed 19. It’s also close to the deira city centre mall which has around 370 shops. Overall, a great stay with excellent facilities, convenience, and access to diverse dining options!

My family had a wonderful stay at the novotel dera dubai. The staff were polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and hygienic. The property is close to the mall and metro. I would suggest and recommend to all those looking out for a cosy, comfortable stay should choose novotel diera. Just go for it and enjoy your stay. Take home lovely memories of dubai. The location of the hotel is ideal. Metro and the deira city center mall access that has a reasonable food court as well as carrefour is good for long stays. There are local restaurants just outside the hotel that serve authentic mandi. A local grocery, pharmacy and laundry were major plus points just outside the hotel. The housekeeping was thorough and the young valet at the door shani was really a good pr for the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. The room size, amenities and facilities made for a comfortable stay.

Location is good. Right opposite city centre mall. Food we did not try in the hotel as being vegetarian, it was available at kamat in the mall. We were three stayed for 6n and used sofa cum bed. But its springs were squeaky. On complain a roll on bed was provided. Bathroom was big but didn't have latch ! had good swimming pool and gym but didn't find time to use them. Overall experience was very good and definitely would like to stay again.
