The stay was awesome. This property is very close to financial centre metro station just 50 metres away. We took 2 nol metro cards and visited every place by metro. It was very cheaper than cab. The room was an apartment 1 bhk like own kitchen and bedroom, living room separate. Care-em food delivery is allowed. Breakfast was decent. Overall nice place and awesome location. We will visit next time for sure. Deposit fee was 500 aed received by card at check in and refunded by 5 days after check out to my card.

Very comfortable stay for family (in 1 bedroom suite)

We took a 1 bedroom suite for a family of 3 (with 4 yr old kid. It was extremely comfortable stay. Ample space, quick service and nice front desk. We got the city view room and thus it was always engaging for the kid.

Excellent service and great ambiance, breakfast was delicious and as per Indian culture we got everything we need . Host in reception was very friendly and polite. The main reason to stay is hotel rooms are very neat and clean and the plus point is metro station is near the door step to this hotel and taxi is also easily available from this hotel . Thanks 👌👍

Staff were courteous, breakfast buffet had good spread which included at-least one indian dish, but i felt restaurants in hotel were bit costly. Overall i would recommend this to anyone who has a family and wants to cook for their little one. Not interested

Hotel location was perfect. Just 200 meters from the metro station and 1. 5 kms from the future of the museum. Rooms were clean and there was washing machine too. All the cooking arrangements were there as well.

Location is great 2 mins from metro station. Hospitality is good. Breakfast could have been better as its was same for all the 4 days of our stay although it was tasty but more options would have been better.

The hotel was at a very good location, close to burj khalifa and close to financial centre metro station(100 meter. Hotel was very clean and staffs were very helpful

Location. Is excellent, v v near metro station
breakfast is a very good spread. Room was also very good. All staff at front desk were warm & welcoming, have to mention ms anju at front desk who gave us an awesome room & made our stay even more comfortable.

The view from this hotel is mesmerising, and the stars are one of the best behaved one. The location of the hotel can get nothing better. It is right beside the financial tower metro station, which is a bonus for people who would also like to explore dubai in a metro the food. The buffet and service of this hotel is beyond expectation. I would request everyone planning their trip to dubai and considering to stay in the downtown area to consider booking this hotel, i’m sure you love it.

Awesome room neat and clean. Very worthy room. In a budget price. Near to metro st, future and frame burj khalifa. All in a radius of 3 kms to 5 kms. . Breakfast very tasty. 5 out of 5. Must stay. But pool was small, u. Ant enjoy much
Just one word - Wow! excellent stay and just the whole vibe around the place is just so convenient. It's right on the Sheikh Zayed road with metro connectivity. Rooms are spacious and you can even cook! 47th floor has a direct view of the Burf khalifa, what else do you want ? We loved our time here 😍

We had amazing stay at residence inn. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Good spread of breakfast. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Special mention to elm-er where he went extra mile to help us.
