Was there was a business trip, great hospitality, services and food. Very nice location, being close to burj khalifa and the dubai mall. Rooms were clean and attention to detail was paid. It was my birthday and they sent a cake to the room, a lovely gesture. The staff at the reception is very efficient and warm. We booked the meeting room and they provided timely support as well as snacks and coffee. Very satisfied and would highly recommend this to others.

Stayed at revier for two nights on a business trip. Great location and the hotel has very suitable outlets that you don’t need to leave. Service at some of the outlets was inconvenient (delayed responses, waiter doesn’t check in often, noisy shisha guy) but it was good in general.

The stay was fine, staff was helpful but the food was really bad, the breakfast was never upto the mark, very few options for indians. So bad that i had to skip breakfast for last 3 days of my stay

This is a goldilocks hotel. Neat and trim and very comfortable, with a great breakfast spread. Very close to dubai mall and burj khalifa. Can't get better at their price point.

the reception do not have idea which category which room for. for me they first provide me my pad room and then after challenging they admitted mistake and change the room to my pad plus room. also always there is long line up in the reception area. i guess based on rush management should increase the front office staff. concierge is worst of this hotel. they just dont bother about luggage. i have checked this twice and same situation. being a hotel with swiss theme much do better. i will give 6 out of 10.

The hotel is quite clean and very comfortable. Good food options and great location.

Staff and all the management was very friendly they also have locker room to keep your luggage, room service was quick and breakfast was excellent.
