The property is clean, the facilities are functioning well. The staff is courteuos and well behaved. It is close to the sharafdg metro and has a number of stores in close proximity.

The hotel delightfully accommodated all requests we made weather for housekeeping, few extras, calling guests (for some time, higher floor, good view, etc
smooth checkin- almost within 2 minutes and smoothly checkout almost in 2 minutes

1) didn't try food. 2) apartment looks brand new and very well decorated. 3) good parking facility
4) excellent and efficient staff
toiletries are good. Towels are fresh except just two towels were provided. Excellent location
