very nice hotel I really like to stay here very comfortable and service also very nice always available for us and I really like the breakfast it was delicious, very kind staff behaviour thanks to all 😍😍

The place is quite neat and clean although the night club make it hard to sleep due to noice but the locality is good and can find nearby restaurants and bust station

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional service i received during my stay at sun and sand. I would like to extend my gratitude to several staff members who made my experience truly memorable. First, i would like to commend mr. Anthony, the hk manager, for his outstanding management. Additionally, ms. I forget name, our dedicated receptionist, was always welcoming and helpful. I also want to acknowledge mr. Gupta, the bellboy, whose assistance was invaluable throughout my stay. The cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities were impressive, and my room was well-kept and comfortable. I will certainly recommend sun and sand to everyone i know for a wonderful stay. Thank you once again for providing such high-quality service

Amazing and economical place to live

It was an excellent and affordable place to stay closed to old dubai with all facilities in an economical price. I wanted to stay there for 2 days after that i extended it for further 3 days just because of nice staff and everything. They are always available and ready to help.

It is a very interesting hotel. The price is fare. The location is amazing. It is very near for shopping. I advice this hotel for those who want to stay at the center of deira for shoping and visit.
