It was indeed an excellent experience worth staying in the hospitality. I enjoyed every second staying there. The mall below the hotel played the role of cherry on top. Overall a truly recommendable hotel for stay at dubai

Amazing stay! i stayed here for 5 nights. Very cooperative staff! the only thing that needs improvement is their housekeeping service, it really takes them 3 hrs to get fresh glasses despite repeated calls! rest awesome stay with swissotel al ghurair!

I stayed for two nights this time , I’m always up to steam bath it was under maintenance, the next day I called the receptionist and ask if issue has been solve( He contacted the maintenance manager and fix it ) I would like to suggest to management to provide better hair dryer ionic your dryer damage our hair 😌

The room was very spacious and in very good condition. Bathrooms has bath tub and in very hygienic condition. Breakfast buffet was good but had very limited options for indian visitor. The staff was very contiguous and helpful.

Stay at al ghurair in peak season

Located in the middle of deira, the rooms and bathrooms were spacious elegantly built and excellent services were provided. The food though limited in catagories was great especially the croissants and omelette station was worth. The spa was great. Only drawback would be its distance from specific attractions like jumairah area and miracle garden

It was amazing, I just booked to sleep because I want to attend early for the event happening at the hotel, the room is soo nice and big also the bathroom was amazing to be honest 😍!

Location - very much accessible and near to metro around 3-5 minutes. The hotel is situated just on top of al ghurair mall and you can enjoy shopping inside and outside. Breakfast - its good with varieties and lots of choices to choose from. Room - it is big and clean. Beddings, matress, towels small fresh and clean. Its also complete with toiletries. Room service is excellent. Value for money - we paid less and we are very satisfied with everything. Staff were all polite. Overall i can say we definitely enjoy our stay and were hoping to comeback sooner

Some hotels are called 5 star for the name sake, but i will endorse that swissotel al ghurair deserves to be ine of the best 5 star in the dera area. Very neat and clean rooms and ambience. Staff is also very polite and courteous. Various varities in breakfast.

Responsive staff clean property
2 metro stations close by, walking distance many eateries around never seen a bigger room size than at the swissotel breakfast lay is elaborate. A must stay property
