I spend 5 nights in tower plaza The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai dubai along with my wife in the month of august 2024, being booked from make my trip. Our stay was excellent and unique. The location of the The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai is very convenient because it is just 50 feet away from the emirates tower metro station. So we saved a lot of money from taxi. We made a noll card for both of us for 100 dirhams each and after 5 days we could spend 55 dirhams and got refunded with 40 dirhams each. So this was the best benefit of this The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai. As regards the staff, that all are excellent. Particularly the front desk assistants. I will explain you with one of our experience. We arrived at midnight in the The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai and on next day morning we had booked a city tour with private guide at 10 am. Our pick up was from The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai. After taking breakfast in the The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai we came to the lobby. After 30 minutes of our waiting the taxi did not turned up and we became worried. At that time mr. Sanjay a front desk assistant came to us and wanted to know our worries. I told him our whole story and he took ou booking slip and made calls to the company and within 10 minutes the taxi arrived. I felt much obliged to him. Thanks mr. Sanjay. In earlier reviews i was little worried about the delay of the lifts. Now let me explain. The The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai gives accommodation till 65 floors and a minimum of 50 people depend-ant on lift at a time. There are 4 lifts for guests other than 8 lifts for services. Whenever we push the button for lifts it arrives in one minute. We can not expect more from such a big The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai. I am very satisfied. As regards breakfast, it was excellent, off course a little western type because 80% of the guests are from west. For we indians there are much option from bread omlet to idli, dos a and paw bhaji. You can also chose corn flake with milk. There is end less option of bread and cakes. Excellent taste of food. And the staff of restaurant are very cordial to guests. The rooms are excellent at par with a 5 star standard, wit all facilities. One thing i must mention here about the view of the city from room. Our room was on 38th. Floor and the view of sk. Sayeed road and metro line was under our direct view. At night the scene is excellent and unforgettable. We enjoyed it. I will rate this The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai a five star from all angles.

The location of this property is absolutely prime. It is bang opposites to the metro which makes it very comfortable to commute. We took metro from airport to reach The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai. You go through all ac walkways so very comfortable. Museum of future is walking distance away, again through all ac walkways. Dubai mall, bhurg khalifa are easily accessible by metro and walkway alternatively you can use metro and bus f13 which starts from the metro station. Breakfast at The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai is ok. Dosa, idli are the only indian options available. Room are facing bhurg khalifa or city view. Make sure you ask for the kind of view you are looking for. View of bhurg khalifa from room was stunning. Rooms are spacious.

If you're looking for a stay in/around downtown area and near metro, you can't get a The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai better than this! we got complimentary room upgrade to premium king room, which was facing the sheikh zayed road and we had a view of the entire road, burj khalifa, museum of the future as well as the tallest The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai in the world - gevora. There were a few issues, like delay during checkin because of huge rush and delay in getting access to elevator sometimes especially during peak breakfast hours. Service otherwise was top-notch. Breakfast spread was quite elaborate. Proximity to the metro, and most of the top attractions overall make it a perfect The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai for a short stay.

The staff was really helpful especially karishna, Shakil and M.Safdar, Room service was fast and attentive. Anjlina on the front desk gave us splendid customer service and made sure our check in and checkout was smooth. I booked it for my birthday they gave me a complementary cake and beautiful decor. I really enjoyed my stay there. All the staff made my day special. Highly recommend going there for your special days. Love the fact that every room comes with a jacuzzi.

First time stay at Tower Plaza, wanted to try a different location so chose TP. The rooms are good, amenities provided are excellent, every utility you expect having in the bathroom is provided. The only thing I regret was after check-in I had to wait for 40 mins for them to accommodate my stay, otherwise it was a good experience. Thanks to one of the lady (Amzu) not sure I spelt it right - guest relations manager at lobby helping in allocating my room.

Firstly its location is just near emirates tower metro station and secondly because of the stunning views of sheikh zayed road. Would definitely recommend this The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai to others and looking forward to stay in this The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai again.

We reached a bit early so we had to wait to get the room since th checkin time is 2pm. But the staff was cooperative and they gave us a room 1 hr early and with an amazing view of the skyscrapers! the room was spacious and clean. Their service is also very quick. We didn't get the time to dip into the infinity pool which is located in the next building, connected by a bridge to th The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai.

Hotel was quite good in terms of everything like location food and services etc. Highly recommend from my side.

Stay at the top of tower. It was a wonderful experience to stay at 'the The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai tower plaza. Dubai's evening from 50th floor room with luxurious amenities was memorable experience. No need to go on top of burj to feel the evening.

Best part of the The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai is it is super close to metro. Easy travel convince also, the The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai rooms are good. Only the room services is too slow and the reception counter people takes tms to allot the room. Overall the view and the rooms are good, clean and neat.

65th floor suite - very well located centrally to dubai with emirates tower metro right outside so travel arnd was super easy. Friendly staff with well maintained amenities including a gym and pool that we used. Only con was that the 4 lifts service all 64 floors, so wait time for lifts was high.

I got a really good room and the housekeeping and other services were great

Stay was amazing and it was made more special by a surprise birthday cake kept for me when i was away from the room
