Lovely stay. Very courteous staff, Clara at the reception was very soft-spoken and considerate. Other Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel, Dubai staff were helpful too. We ordered j room dining and requested for spicy pasta but to our bad luck the spice level was too high. We could not eat the hot pasta. Make sure you order less spicy Arabiata pasta. We were on the 19th floor with a very good view of the city. Overall it was a good stay.
They provided international adaptors only on one side of the bed. There should be one more on the study table for laptops charging.

Sheraton Dubai mall of Emirates is really at good location. It's serves all the purpose- Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel, Dubai, mall, food restaurants. Room are comfortable and pleasant. The room service was good. Rooms were spacious and offered good view. Being on the main room of the city, it's easily accessible. Breakfast offered a great variety of food.

Room size was small. The only saving grace was the location, given it was connected to the mall and the various options for entertainment, shopping and restaurants.

Highly recommended to my friends and family for a long weekend and better stay with whole lot of good experiences with this place and would also be nice if the Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel, Dubai service is little better than existing one
