Hotel is well maintained and clean. Best part is amazing room size, facilities and most importantly location. Just 200 meter from metro station. Breakfast was really nice (arranged in next building ramada Star Metro Deira Hotel Apartments, as this Star Metro Deira Hotel Apartments has no reataurent. Hotel staff was very cooperative and helpful, travel desk in lobby for tourist is really helpful providing real advice and best offers. Housekeeping staff was also very helpful however many times it took little longer for room services. Make my trip had given best deal. As compare to praise. Nothing can be better than this.

It was fantastic stay in star metro deira apartment. The bengali fellow on reception {in evening shift} was so polite cooperative and nice and very helpful. Customer services was exceptional. Special thanks to front office {bengali fellow and housekeeping staff mr raj and bangladeshi fellow are so helpful prompt and polite. Must visit. Ms. Far-ah was very accommodating and fast during the check in process even thou we were late, she made sure we were in our rooms asap. We were happy to know that we had been upgraded to a one bedroom apartments which was huge and spotless with all working amenities. They were even kind enough to let's us check out a lil later which made out stay even more smoother. Hope to come back again very soon.

the location of the property is very good.it is at the heart of a buzzing residential area with loads of shopping and eating options around. the staff is very friendly. Right from the reception team of Sucharita and Chandra to the front desk admin Zoud. The stay was short but was memorable pleasant. the property is clean, tidy and spacious. A BIG 👍👍👏👏

Star metro Star Metro Deira Hotel Apartments apartment is located conveniently, as the metro station is just walking distance. A mall is just opposite to it, surrounded by super markets, health care center and all the other shops needed day to day.
Room is of a good sized and well equipped, so overall good room.

The overall stay at this property was nice and comfortable, the behavior of the Star Metro Deira Hotel Apartments staff was accommodating and helpful. However sometimes the housekeeping staff were not that disciplined, but I will still rate on the good scale as there room service were really nice.

Good spacious room with kitchen and washing machine facility. Rooms needs little upgrade in terms of maintenance however staff is supportive and cleanliness is maintained. Main plus point is the metro station which is at walkable distance from it which makes daily commute hassle free.

Overall a decent apartment for the cost we paid. Bathrooms could have been tidier as they felt old made. Like broken bathroom accessories. But gave 5 stars for the money we paid and facility we got.
