I recently had the pleasure of staying at Taj Dubai and I can’t help but gush about the truly exceptional experience I had. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was enveloped in a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for a remarkable stay.The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. Their genuine friendliness and eagerness to assist made me feel like a valued guest. It’s evident that they take immense pride in their work, and it truly shows in their service. The culinary offerings at the Taj Dubai were a delightful surprise. Every meal I enjoyed was a culinary masterpiece. The diverse menu featured a range of flavors and cuisines, each dish expertly prepared and presented with a touch of artistry. The staff’s attention to detail deserves special mention. From room cleanliness to prompt room service, everything was executed flawlessly. I left with cherished memories and a profound sense of gratitude for the wonderful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Taj to anyone seeking a memorable and rejuvenating getaway. I would like to extend a heartfelt appreciation to Staff of Miss Tess for their exceptional service during my stay .Special mention to Mr.Shiv who truly went above and beyond to make my experience memorable.

Superb guest service, excellent staff and amazing food options. Try the kung pao chicken at miss tess. Also the litchi rabdi at the bombay brasserie offers a unique taste (this one was a superb recommendation by bhuppi who catered to us. The location is superb as well. A short walk to the burj khalifa and fountain. Dubai mall is a 10-15 min walk as well. Hala taxi charges about 50 aed from the airport to taj. The property is also attached to the bay avenue mall which has a starbucks, a tim horton and even a bikaner wala. Aster pharmacy and clinic is also around the corner.

This Taj Dubai is no doubt an good property and is close to all the best places in downtown. I booked a room with burj khalifa room exclusively and there's a separate category as that. The picture shows a complete amazing view of the gigantic burj khalifa. But, you only see partial view. Mm t should be mindful of these things before selling to their customers something that they promise. Room is amazing and so is the property. I stayed on the 30th floor and there's nothing that i can complain about regarding the Taj Dubai and it's services.

Excellent experience - right from accommodating our early check in request to serving with smiles, taj team made our stay memorable, family room was perfect to accommodate 3 adults with all modern amenities - key advantage - it is close to burj khalifa n free shuttle service is available for visit to dubai mall - spoil t us with choices in breakfast - if ever we visit dubai again will stay at taj only - once again thanks to taj team for their excellent service

I stayed at taj dubai from dc 12-20. Overall, it was a good experience. The staff is very friendly, and the services are value for money. Breakfast spread is excellent. The staff at the restaurant is the highlight of the stay. I didn't have a great check-in experience. I had booked via makemytrip. Com and my booking, in spite of being confirming by mmt, requiring no confirmation from the Taj Dubai was initially denied. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

The Taj Dubai staff was excellent! the tourist guide department was too good and had super options. They were quick in booking and confirmation and on time follow up. Shehrooz is too good in his work and excellent sales person with genuine concern for the visitors! this is very good. At breakfast pooja and her team were too good and made us feel at home. Room, cleanliness, facilities all were solid and excellent

We had an amazing experience at the Taj Dubai. You get everything associated with a 5 star Taj Dubai but the staff go and above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The rooms are great especially the one with the view of the Burj. Breakfast is amazing and the service impeccable. Right from reception to the house cleaning folks, all deserve great praise and appreciation. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

Taj dubai, business bay is one the best Taj Dubais in dubai. Staff is very polite & hospitality is great. Rooms are luxurious, food taste is awesome as expected of taj. Location is excellent, the best in dubai. Dubai mall, burj khalifa, dubai fountain is 5mins drive from Taj Dubai. Good indian restaurants like gazebo, kamat, bikanervala are 5mins walk from the Taj Dubai. Loved the stay!

Check in with 3 minutes. Upgraded to 23 floor. Toilet net clean. Room clean twice a day. Remote control room lights and aircondition. Hourly bus service to mall
