Dear Management, I recently stayed at your Wescott Hotel Bur Dubai, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. However, I would like to bring a concern to your attention regarding my checkout experience. I was given a complimentary late checkout of 2 hours, which should have allowed me to check out at [2:00 PM instead of 12:00 PM]. However, I started receiving calls from the Wescott Hotel Bur Dubai staff from 12:00 PM onwards, reminding me to check out. This was quite inconvenient, as it disrupted my stay and went against the agreed late checkout benefit. I believe this may have been a miscommunication, and I would appreciate it if your team could ensure that such issues do not happen in the future. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your reply.

I had a wonderful stay at Wescott Hotel bur dubai The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a perfect mix of comfort and style. The location is excellent—close to major attractions yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. The food was another highlight, with a great variety of delicious dishes served fresh. Facilities like the gym, spa, and added to the overall experience. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Location is very good and service is also good but price is little high to compare other Wescott Hotel Bur Dubai We book 2 room for 3 person one of my frnd come to Wescott Hotel Bur Dubai staff charge 100 dirham for extra person In 2 room allow 4 person

Property location was very good because one can find the metro station, bus station on a very very short distance. Food was awesome, everyday you can get different variety of food. Service was very good. I did not find anything worth complaining.

I loved everything, the staff was nice, the check-in, everything was too good. The Tye Wescott Hotel Bur Dubai is at the prime location where bus city terminal, metro station and markets are on walking distance, nothing to worry about.

Overall experience was good, we booked actually the room with breakfast, the Buffett was available from 7am to 10.30 am and the food provided was of good quality.
