Excellent please, very peaceful and quiet. Very clean and nice. Recommended for families and kids. Lots of activities to be engaged. Pools are very clean and nice staff,polite and nice. Would love to be there again. Thank you all, Keep it up !!!

The location of the hotel is exceptional, i don't think there was any hotel was better than that. It is a beautiful resort with an extremely courteous and hospitable staff. They were very proactive and responsive. We would definitely want to visit it again. There were some amenities issues like they didn't have dental kit in the bathroom which you can get on request. I was a bit disappointed with the beds, our room didn't have a double or queen bed, two single beds were brought together to make a bed which was very uncomfortable to sleep on, i didn't expect that from such nice resort. Bathroom had few minor issues. I wouldn't say there was anything major to disrupt our stay but some minor issues which we not expect when we stay in a 4 star resort.

We had a great time at the ja hatta fort hotel. It was an amazing and different experience that everyone must try. We loved the terra-cabin concept. They have lots of adventure games to try. The whole staff was so nice and welcoming. A special thanks goes to the front office team, and at last not least, we are so thankful to mr. Ali (from the transportation team) for always being there to take us between hotel premises in a buggy car, and he also drove us so safely to hatta dam. We loved this place.

I had an amazing stay with my family, the hotel is amazing, the food is delicious, the area is so calm and so nice, a very beautiful, peaceful and warm place to stay, the staff are so kind and very helpful, if you are looking for a calm place and to spend a quality time with your family i highly recommend ja hatta fort hotel, i am very satisfied, a big thanks to all the staff.

I travelled to Hatta with family and stayed with family. The property is just perfect due to its location, kids activities. Ambience, its scenery and everything. You will not regret after booking this property.

Individual cottages are offered in the hotel. The cottages are sufficient for a family of 4. The location is very calm and quiet. The hotel ambience is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is conveniently near to all attractions in hattah. Overall, it was a memorable experience.

Couldn't recommend the stay at ja hatta fort hotel more, the staff were so helpful and friendly, and the facilities were great. The views of the mountains added to the experience and was a great location to both the hatta sign and the hatta dam. Rooms provided everything you needed. Was our first experience staying however 100% will not be our last
