Its a nice place my kids enjoyed the swimming pool we enjoyed our stay there the staff is very polite and friendly and helpful starting from the security guard, the housekeeping staff, the front desk staff and the receptionist till the restaurant staff (they are so nice and always smiling)

The stay was good, and the staff was very cooperative. My flight was in later evening, and they approved my request for a bit late check-out at no extra cost.

I stayed at aryana recently and found it to be a nice hotel with a great location and convenient parking. The spacious room and prompt service were highlights. However, the limited food choices and subpar quality were the only downsides to an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Excellent location. Excellent room size. Ober stay was good. Wished to have proper training for the front office people- face to face conversation with the guest. Bell boy was good.

Very good hotel. Good value for money. Very big rooms with all facilities. We cannot find such facilities elsewhere. Definitely I recommend this hotel to others. The hotel is not near to airport and hence you need to travel more to reach Dubai.

Everything is fine. Hotel is a little old, but is hygienic. Good room service as well. Our tv never worked but that is fine with free wi-fi. I did not understand why they gave us 13th room in 13th floor.

I reached the hotel in early morning, i think around 5 am. But the receptionist told me please sit 10-15 minutes because his computer is busy due to some audit or something like that, i didnt remember. After 10 minutes i approached him and request for room. Then he make entries and given. After 2 days of stay, the door of dressing table broken and fall. Fortunately i wasn’t near the almarah ( they make it repaid after 1-2 days without my request. Water always stuck in the washbasin. If we open the tap and do anything for a minute then washbasin will be full.

Description in booklet as a 4 star the quality is not meet to the star grade receptionists different approach, not friendly, worse behaviour of drinking tea in front of customer overall need to improve
