The hotel is bang in the center of the brim, it's got well-appointed rooms and matching amenities. The hotel associates make you feel very welcome making the whole vibe relaxing and safe! The break hits the spot just what's wanted to kick start your day! Looking forward to staying there again.

What works for this hotel is its location. A 15-minute walk from the main new street rail station. Walking distance to ICC, Brindleyplace, library, museum, ice ring. The room was tidy and functional. Breakfast was of high quality but disappointed that nothing in the menu changed over 5 days. The staff was courteous and polite. Overall a decent stay option at Broad Street.

Mot fancy at all. The manager at the reception lacked customer service etiquette! he needs to improve his service quality and mannerisms. Elevator was a pain in the back! breakfast was ok and super crowded.

System was not working so they gave rooms which keys were working to only white people and non operational rooms to asians and african. All staff members were uncooperative
