The location of the hotel is great. Can’t be any better. Booked a superior room, it was great and all the amenities required was present. If I come to Edinburgh again, will definitely be staying in the same hotel. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Cons: If you are driving, the parking is very far. No other issues at all. It was an excellent stay.

The hotel location is very convenient, the views from the room are stunning. Not from all the rooms though.

Hotel location is very near to main railway Station and rooms are clean and staff are very cooperative

Small room with smallest bathroom with very old classics type and unpractical. Uncomfortable stay. Don't prefer to stay next time. Bad experience.

The quality of the room & washroom was very poor & dirty. We booked this hotel considering the brand mercure but it was a very old and zero maintenance property.
