outstanding hospitality mercure

I was first hesitant to come here as I hadn’t heard about this place but after staying here I think I am lucky . Not only is everyone very nice and welcoming but they go out of their way to help which is a big thing if you are travelling alone in London . The house keeping staff helped with luggage , the reception people Matthew and Chiranjeev were extremely helpful in guiding around and helping in every way possible , Rajiv at bar made the best cappuccino and Ali also was very warm . And the location is also so great ; cross the road and you have TATE MODERN and Shakespeare globe from where you have the Millennium bridge and you cross that and you are at St Paul . Eating wise you have so may cafés on the road outside you have Tesco ,Amazon fresh, pret a manager marks and spencer and so many more . Within 7 minutes walking you also have famous borough market couldn’t have asked for more

value for money hotel
The location was good, the staff was friendly , the rooms were clean.. overall great experience. Breakfast was nice and as we were vegetarians so the chef made special arrangements on our request.
