I arrived early hence my room was not ready but they were quick to fix that. When I checked in I was quite disappointed with the quality of the room as it was worn out and not exactly very clean either. When I complained and requested to process a refund and prepare my checkout, they changed and upgraded my room to 10th floor which is a newly refurbished floor with breathtaking views of London. So if you are planning to stay at Hilton Park lane, do choose a higher category of room to have a pleasant experience. Location is great, you can walk over to selfridges in less than 10 minutes, and what a pleasant walk via marble arch! Right behind Hilton is curzon cinema with lots of Lebanese restaurants around, so that is your evening taken care of. Concierge is very friendly and helpful as well as the door man. So all and all a good London Hilton on Park Lane but simply do not choose the base category of rooms.
