    The room i was allocated was very cold with a dis functional heating system. I had checked in very late at 11pm as i flew in from another city. The hotel tried to fix and assured it would work but after about half an hour, i asked to change the room that the hotel did. Rooms are clean and decent sized. Basic breakfast and services. Location is central and fantastic. So, if you are after a location in central london, it’s fantastic- the stay is very basic.

    Terrible Stay

    club room doesn't have lift access. No concierge was also provided to drag the heavy luggage for an entire floor on steps. It was not even informed at the time of check-in that there will be no lift. The entire room is so basic that there were no parallel switches or the heater in room was auto adjusting. I had to wake up to switch on and off the heater based on suffocation in the room.
