    Excellent hotel but doesn't provide free water bottles

    Big size rooms as per london standards. I would recommend the place if it suits your location - not very far from paddington station. Only 1 problem i found was that they don't provide water bottles in the room - asked 1. 99 pounds per bottle.

    Much below expectations average service no value for money. Too many technical snags. Food option limitation no bell in the rooms causing disturbance due to knocking

    Very small rooms and bad house keeping. Lethargy in refilling tea, coffee, milk and sugar. No cleaning of the carpet and no change of linen during our 8 night stay
