Very nice stay

The location was not very far from the Airport. We came as newly wedding, and we had to meet our parents the next day. The staff at the hotel was very helpful. Hotel was clean and we had a great stay. Thank you to Heston Hyde for a memorable experience.

Hotel is good. Indian staff is good, know the language, wheelchair accessible place, parking near main gate, near Metro/Tube Train Station.

This is a no frill Hotel. It is clean and provides decent accommodation at a reasonable price. Ideal for a short stay in London. You will need to get your own transportation to and from the Hotel.

The room was big but there was no complementary water bottle in the room. Also refrigerator was missing in the room. Far from market

The hotel is not up to 4-star standards and needs to improve on its ambience and staff were not so friendly and professional.

Hotel was conveniently located but discourteous service by staff. Breakfast was average with absolutely no variety. Same dishes were there for all three days of my stay. However service during breakfast was very good. House keeping was extremely poor.
