Excellent location, nice decor and facility and maintenance. Only one comment. In my room bathroom is as exceptionally small.

Good hotel close to tourist places, close to the bus and metro station. Breakfast was really tasty and well spread. I enjoyed my stay.

The room was very good, staff was excellent. Location is perfect and very close to public transport. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Overall would rate this hotel very high!

Great location 5 mins walk from shepherds bush station, very helpful staff. Rooms were sufficiently sized for two people with 5 big bags. However the hotel itself is a little old, so do not expect latest high tech services

The staff are very friendly, cheerful and helpful with whatever one needs. The room was very comfortable and housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping it tidy and clean. I would definitely come back for another stay here the next time i'm in london.

Location is the stand out, with a great neighborhood, bud and tube stations within 100 meters. Overall hotel and service good. Definitely value for money, and good choice to explore London.

The hotel is placed in a good location. The rooms are clean but a little small(but good enough in London city). The staff have been very friendly and helpful in all ways. The hotel is located just close to the station.

Friendly staff. Well spread out buffet breakfast. Free gym & sauna facilities. Express check in & check out facilities. Holland Park & Shepards bush underground station a stones throw from the hotel. Whitefield shopping mall also is walking distance from the hotel. Ideal location not too far from the main sights of London.

The property location was good, reception was gr 8, clean room with a nice view, hospitable staff and a gr 8 breakfast.
