A superb property with equally awesome location. London eye, parliament all walking distance. Breakfast was very good but very less option for indian veg. Hotel ambience was very good, and rooms were cozy. Overall a pleasurable stay.

Located very close to waterloo Station and to major tourist attractions like London eye, big ben etc. Room was good and spacious. But Long queues for check in. Nobody to assist with luggage.

We were in Park Plaza with family, Excellent location, all eating joints and major attractions were on the walking distance of 5 minutes. Only thing We disliked was Indian food we ordered in room service, it was disgusting but otherwise everything was superb.

The hotel is Strategically located and provides clean and good service.However lobby needs to be more ambient with more seating for visitors. Breakfast in most hotels of this size worldwide is far more elaborate and day to day variety should be there. Considering the tourist population the hotel should provide free airport pick up and drop at some fixed timings or even a reasonably charged one with a bus.

Simply fabulous. Superb service and location. Breathtaking view. Sumptuous food. Good and nice ambience. Picturesque views. Located in the heart of the city. Accessible to all famous landmarks of London. Simply great.

The concierge desk person Luka was outstanding. He helped us like we were family. True 5 star service. The location, the views and the decor was the best. If in London all the big bus tours leave right in front of the hotel, don't miss the Thames river cruise..

Stayed a couple of days at the park westminster. Found the location excellent and room size surprisingly big. Staff were courteous and helpful. Strongly recommend for stay for tourists
