We stayed here for 6 nights. It was overall an amazing experience. The location is too good to believe with all the major attractions present at walkable distance. The food deserves special mention and also the service of the every smiling staff. Definitely staying here in my next visit too.

Good location, very close to tube station, bakery & convenience stores nearby; walking distance to top attractions such as buckingham palace, westminster abbey, big ben, london eye. And amazing breakfast options for indians. Highly recommended

Our recent stay at the Taj Palace St. James’ Court in London was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless and welcoming. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. We were delighted to receive an upgrade, and the room exceeded our expectations. The size was generous, and the décor was elegant and perfectly suited to our tastes. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after our long days exploring the city. The room was spotless, thanks to the outstanding housekeeping team, who maintained it meticulously throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was dining at TH51. The food quality was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall experience, making each meal a pleasure. The service was prompt and attentive, contributing to the overall enjoyment of our dining experiences. Breakfast at the hotel was equally impressive. There was an ample selection of dishes, all of which were delicious and freshly prepared. The variety ensured that there was something for everyone, and it was the perfect way to start our days. The service at Taj Palace St. James’ Court is where the hotel truly shines. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, warm, and eager to help. We had a 10/10 experience with the staff, who made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Manager Mojtaba, who kindly arranged for a late checkout when we were running behind schedule. This gesture was much appreciated and added to the positive experience. The concierge service was also top-notch. The staff were not only friendly and professional but also provided us with helpful information and recommendations that enhanced our time in London. The hotel’s location is prime, making it an ideal base for exploring London. We were within walking distance of iconic attractions like Buckingham Palace and St. James’s Park, which we thoroughly enjoyed visiting. The convenience of being close to so many tourist spots made our stay even more enjoyable. This was our first trip to London, and the Taj Palace St. James’ Court played a significant role in making it a memorable one. The exceptional service, beautiful accommodations, and delicious food made it a stay to remember. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London. It’s like a home away from home. From check in to check out everything was taken care of. Staff are very very helpful. Amazing breakfast with lots of indian options, can’t ask for more. Visiting again soon for sure.

Taj always manages to surprise us on the positive side. This time they upgraded us to a family suite which allowed our family to stay together in apartment with separate bedrooms along with a large living room and fully equipped kitchen. The location of the property is outstanding with just 5 min walk from buckingham palace and 30 mins from most other key attractions like trafalgar square, leicester square etc. The breakfast is also amazing with plenty of indian vegetarian options. They just seem to be a bit short on seating capacity in the breakfast area but the staff does its best to manage.
