Directly opposite Manchester Piccadilly Station, just a 3 min walk across the road. Rooms are fine, but there is no air conditioning. So we need to open the window a bit to let the fresh air comes in. But then the dust (near to main road) and noice also come in! Anyway, overall it is OK, not too bad.

Perfect location for travellers as facing the central station. Althpygh part of the pub, surprisingly well.decorated, in.perfwct condition and comfortable. Shower worked well, no issues with hot water or pressure. Breakfast served with good choice. The room was at the clback of the pub, so quiet.

Does what it says on the tin. Decent room (although no hanging space, not a problem for an overnight stay), clean, functional, decent size. Breakfast perfectly OK. Reasonable price. Perfect location. Literally across the road from Manchester Piccadilly.

A hidden gem in the heart of Manchester. Bang opposite Piccadilly station, it’s easily accessible with affordable parking all around. The price of the room was amazing for what we got, we felt really looked after and the service was incredible. Will definitely be coming back again - the breakfast box in the morning was a wonderful touch!

Friendly welcome and clean room.However under maintenance outside and damp area in room on walls.No hot water for shower or wash -boiled kettle to wash hair. Nice toiletries. Self service breakfast which was adequate and fresh fruit.Swipe card and exit buttons to access back stairs.Very noisy at 4 am when clubs exited.

Excellent location, easy access to Piccadilly Station. Their Full breakfast did not include eggs, sausage and other hot cooked items. Staff were nice and friendly.

Great location next to the train station and a few blocks from the town center mall. You can not check-in before 2:30, but can leave your luggage. Rooms are a good size and bathrooms very contemporary. Both window blinds in my room were broken as was the sink drain; so maintenance is an issue. Breakfast is simple but adequate.

The welcome and service from the bar was great, however the cleanliness of the room was lacking. The grout in the shower showed signs of mould, the sink plug was broken and there was a huge patch of damp mould around the door and window. Breakfast also left a lot to be desired

Very surprising rooms and great location. Curious landlady for the bar who seemed a little put out by having a "Cockney" staying. Got a bit off about me explaining I wasn't born within the sound of Bow bells. Then made a sweeping statement about me enjoying spending money. Not offensive just judgemental and a bit gruff. Would still recommend though.

everything was good except for the tea/coffee machine in the hall ,the stuff made in it was not drinkable fortunately we had a normal kettle in the room

It was a great hotel and a great location- next to the station, however becuase of the location it was very noisy- trains, sirens, traffic (with the windows shut) and the room shook a bit from the trains, so it was not that restful.

A hotel, in my view, should serve evening food, and at minimum have a proper area for breakfast - not a cupboard in the corner and take it back to your room to eat on your own! How this is called a hotel is beyond me.

Nice straff, clean rooms, nice pub! Obviously traffic noise due to location.
