I booked Browns a few months ago as it was centrally located and close to the cricket ground. I wrongly believed it was part of the Browns chain but it is certainly not. I was particularly impressed by the service and the presence of several experienced staff (or owners perhaps) who ran the hotel and catering services very well indeed. There is an extensive breakfast menu and generous portions appeared. A big thumbs up for the coffee too and for lunch a beautifully presented croquetta with pickled vegetables (one of the best I've had). A complimentary glass of fizz was offered when we arrived. The room was very comfortable and included a couple of pods for the Nespresso machine and complimentary water. There was a strong flowing shower which I like. Finally the tariff was very good value so we'll be back if we return to Worcester one day.

Got upgraded to a while two bed flat! Only booked a double room. Flat was amazing. Looked out over river. Clean, modern, comfortable. Staff welcoming and friendly.

Staff service location fantastic, only issue was shower seemed to have run out of hot water and was ice cold and I had full head of shampoo to remove!

Excellent and worthy of this 2nd visit. Opulence throughout, no expense spared on making and keeping this hotel at a high level. Room, hotel, restaurant and food all of the very best quality. 1 star off as on both days breakfast took almost an hour. Location is perfect, public parking nearby.

Great stay for a few days whilst on business. Room (upgraded) was excellent - spacious and comfortable. Service and location were great. And the included breakfast a real highlight. Recommend.

We arrived at the hotel and mentioned that we were there to celebrate a birthday and were immediately given a glass of fizz each. The room was great with good facilities and was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, attentive and welcoming. We had intended to walk into town for dinner but having seen the menu (and the special on cocktails) we decided to eat in and it was superb! We had the fish on the sharing boards and it was huge and delicious and far bigger than we expected. We definitely will visit again both the hotel and restaurant are worth a detour when we are close.

First time staying here and got an upgrade to a suite. Absolutely spectacular. Decoration, comfort, cleanliness all top notch. Staff so attentive and helpful. Food at restaurant on another level. Totally recommend and will hopefully get to go back again soon!
