The check in wasn’t very pleasant. The lady had a nasty attitude. We checked it. The check the room. The bed was clean. The sheets were clean. The towels were dirty. The walls of the room were dirty from food stains and mold stains. The microwave hadn’t been cleaned out. The freezer part in the fridge was nasty. The tube was dirty. Basically it was like a toddler trying to clean up for their mom. To make mommy proud. Pictures are below

The lock didn't work and the door frame was flimsy so I didn't feel safe. The TV was so small you couldn't see it very well. The shower drain was very slow. I had stayed previously but will not stay again.

Didn’t even stay after a crowd of suspect people were hanging around the outside of the property when we went to check in. We left because we didn’t feel safe.

The staff was so nice and helpful. They even had a plastic fork to give us when our food delivery was lacking one. Interior decor was very pretty. TV was a bit small and had an even smaller analog picture. Couldn't log into the free wi-fi. Overall, I'd highly recommend.

The room was comfortable but, I could not connect to their WIFI. Also, they have one little packet of coffee in the room and none, available anywhere else not even the office. This is a nogo for me.

The key card worked only after inserting it 20 times and the door was so damaged we had to throw our shoulder into the door to open it, it showed signs of it being kicked in, the ceiling showed signs of dirt or some other substance. bathroom door needs a paint job toilet paper holder very rusted. Freezer needs to be defrosted, food left in microwave. remote skipped every other channel. some lightbulbs were out, A/C worked great. Front door bad shape, bugs could come in, needs a table to eat off, had to eat off the top of chest of drawers where the TV was mounted. These small things make a difference. I know these are first world problems.

by far the worst motel experience I have ever had, upon arriving I was greeted with a nice brand new parking lot, I used to live in the area and new what it used to be like. however upon entering our room everything was apparent that the company decided to use all their funding on what would entice people to stay with them. my room had holes in the cieling in the bathroom the gaps on the entry door were so big we had to keep the thermostat at 65* to stay somewhat comfortable, outlets missing covers and drywall damages on nearly every wall, paint spots missing, poor repairs done within the room, sheets were not clean/permanently stained, the faucet barely lined up with the sink, washing up meant hands were getting water all over countertop. bathroom plumbing was very poor workmanship, bathroom door wouldn't close due to misalignment, the adjoining room door was left unlocked. Housekeeping didn't come to our room to replenish anything all this for a 2 night stay at just under $400.... which was less than the going rate as we booked though a third party and that's now the loophole they are going to use as to why they wont give any type of refund. I tried to add more photos but it wont allow.
