I stayed in this plaines area near O'Hare airport. It was very cold due to unexpected snowfall. Food and other amenities were good at hotel Crown Plaza.

The stay was amazing. The hotel is located just next to the fashion outlets of chicago. Overall a wonderful experience only the room service wasn’t up to the mark

Hotel is good. Looks like an old property but well maintained. Staff is helpful and courteous. Shuttle service is great.

They take a security deposit and never return you back

While booking through Makemytrip, it said my stay is paid but while checking in, the guy at reception asked for a security deposit. He said that it will be refunded back to my card within 3-5 days of check out. It has been more than a week already and I have reached out to hotel through email but nobody replied, tried reaching out to them through twitter but again no reply. Seems that crowne plaza loves holding back deposit of customers and generate profit through that. Crowne Plaza has taken more than 7 days and nobody bothers to reply. Pathetic service.
