    Excellent Stay

    Stayed for 4 nights and the place is very quiet despite close to airport. The room and linens were very clean and spotless. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Daily grill bar provides a relaxing atmosphere.

    Very well maintained hotel, rooms and amenities were super clean and very close to the lax airport. Would have been better if they also provided breakfast option.

    The stay is nice but as compared to The price paid there are much better options. Hotel is a little old and facilities need an upgrade

    Wifi connectivity was not free. In US almost all the hotels provide the same free.

    Terrible Stay

    Very poor customer service. Restaurant doesn't have vegetarian or vegan food. Food delivery apps are not allowed to deliver to room. There is no front desk or concierge for food delivery app to drop food. No water kept in room. No free wifi. No option for late check in
