Very bad at providing services

Whatever we ask at reception regarding availability of taxi or bus, train timings they say search in Google. If we ask for a wake up call they say, no it is not possible. If we ask for drinking water they say it is available at reception and you have to come from your 5th floor room and collect water. If we ask the shuttle service person to drop us on the way to airport he won't accept and tell us that he will drop us at airport only. Very irresponsible and unfriendly.
