    This was my first stay, and I was blown away with the promptness of the front desk. Must stay in midtown Manhattan.

    Neat hotel with convenient location

    The hotel is situated in a convenient location and the rooms are super clean. The rooms are small but the beds are nice, I had a good sleep. Only I found this hotel too expensive. Rooms cost is high on top of that they charge you a facility per night on checkout. On asking what is this facility charges. He said this is the facility provided by the hotel. I don't remember using any facility of the hotel.

    Lack of service and cleaning

    Hotel lacked basic level of hospitality and cleanliness. The lack of attention to service and cleanliness made my stay quite uncomfortable. I would not recommend and will not be returning in the future.
