I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable and well-maintained, making it easy to relax. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location is absolutely perfect—close to all the key attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it super convenient. I highly recommend staying at this hotel; it’s a great choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service!
The hotel has spacious and well kept rooms, its location is perfect with shops restaurant theatres and most attractions within walking distance & the crown jewel times square is a 3 min walk which puts you in the heart of nyc yet a safe distance from the chaos and madness of times square

The rooms were big and spacious. They were maintained neat and clean. Also the front desk and staff were cooperative. The hotel is very nicely located right in mid of times square being 3 mins walking distance.

The room was clean and spacious (especially for one in nyc. We had a balcony with a view of times square, which was lovely. The staff was very sweet as well. It was an excellent experience. They upgraded us to the hilton rewards program and we got free wifi and free water for it too. It was free of cost to upgrade. They even let us use some part of the destination charge as a credit to use in their restaurants which was a good surprise.

I loved this place, right at the center of Broadway district and around 400 meters from Times Square. Has all kind of connectivity nearby with 2-3 minutes walk. Hotel staff is very courteous and if you are in luck you should try the topmost floor to get a good view. Rooms are spank clean and very spacious. You have all attractions nearby like Madam Tussauds, Ripley's believe it or not, empire state building, top of the rock, etc. Lots of restaurants nearby that is one of the reasons that I didn't try out the restaurant of Hilton. If you don't mind walking probably you can cover everything with a walk since it is centrally located like the world trade center district, 911 memorial, central Park, etc.

Awesome! I will come again with my family to stay in the same hotel as it is located in heart of the city. Also I will promote to my friends and relatives, it is very easy to find our County taste food for the best health. Thank you so much for all your hospitality during this stay.

Hotel was good but staff at the front desk and the food counter were rude, they have delmoisted 100dollars per day as security in which every day’s 35dollars food was included, this information was not given anywhere. Next to madame tussauds and in 42nd street at times square! you couldn't ask for better! bell desk and concierge service, limited room service and a swanky bar that serves till midnight! great place to stay to experience times square at its best!

Hotel is good, cleaniness is also good but when you pay this amount to a hotel like hilton and costumers dont enjoy the wifi service, that bad they told i have to pay for wifi, bad.

I stayed here for one night. This property is beautifully located in the heart of times square. Lobby above 20 floor is nice and good experience. Though a small property but rooms are big and convenient. Well mannered staff. Really a value for money rather than crowded one.

Good stay and excellent location. Value for money, will suggest everyone! Need a proper restaurant though. Staff were courteous. Business centre was free and good printers and monitors. Away and still near from the NYC hustle and bustle.

Very good location. Not very friendly staff at reception. Phone in the room not working. For every small things we had to go down to reception.
