The stay was comfortable and works well for the purpose of having a decent room when looking to explore the city for a couple days. Good services, good location.

Hotel was very very good. Staff was very nice and helpful Room was clean, had a very good view and they gave room with attached bathroom even if it was mentioned during booking that bathroom is not attached. It's walkable distance from Times Square, very convenient.

Very clean place. Excellent staff. Very safe to stay. Location was prime & close to railway and bus station. Overall. Super experience.
Beautiful hotel, close to everything (restaurants, times square, markets) very suitable for a couple or two people because the rooms are small

The rooms are small, but clean and with all necessary amenities. Great location for those who want to be near Times Square.

Very good hotel and great location with super value for money. 5 mins walk to the port authority bus terminal and subway station. 10 mins from Times square. I will stay there again next time round. Point to note however is there is no cutlery or dishes in the room. Iron, ironing board, and kettle is available on request.

It is located in the heart of Times Square and at best with this much. I can say you will feel lucky to get cheapest and best hotel around Times Square.

Pod times square is quite decent for the price and is situated at a great location. It has most of the amenities and is well maintained. The rooms are a bit small but it is a pod concept so can't really complain

The staff at the front desk was very rude. Not at all polite and didn’t explain the charges which she asked to pay, just gave the card machine ahead to pay. It doesn’t work like that. You need to explain to someone why you have to pay extra amount when you have already paid for the room. Rooms were small but clean and sufficient for a short stay. There is no room service available. It is good for someone who is just looking for a stay, can’t expect any services from the hotel.
Location wise good but in other parameters, it’s not so great whet we can appreciate. Team support or response at the front desk is not much active participation.

Not as expected. While booking it was mentioned that we have to pay at the hotel reception but they asked 50$.

Location is fabulous, room size us good for a single traveler, to clean your room you need to book in advance a day
